Customer orders are usually shipped
to customers via FEDEX/DHL Express.
In some countries, UPS/TNT/EMS Express
can also be used as an option for delivery
of customer orders.
FEDEX/DHL International Express is currently
the safest and fastest door-to-door
service, customer orders will be delivered
directly to the customer's home, company
etc., any customer-specified address.
FEDEX Express can send parcels from
China to most countries and regions
around the world.
But please note
that FEDEX/DHL Express for some countries
in remote areas will be charged "over
the range of delivery surcharge".
For Example: Papamoa Beach, Papamoa,
Bay of Plenty. 3118 New Zealand.
FEDEX/DHL Express parcel shipping starts
from a minimum of 0.5 kg, and the shipping
cost from China to most European countries
is similar, about: $26. Therefore, the
shipping cost for retail orders up to
0.5 kg is the same for European customers,
and parcels exceeding 0.5 kg will be
calculated cumulatively on the basis
of 0.5 kg.
For Example:
0.5 kg (about 9 strand beads) package
shipping cost is $26 , 1 kg(about 18
strand beads) package is $42, etc.
Because of the constant changes in international
fuel prices, which cause FEDEX/DHL Express
shipping rates to be adjusted from time
to time, we are currently unable to
provide customers with a complete shipping
price list.
After the customer
confirms the products and total quantity
of the order, we will calculate the
real-time express shipping cost of the
order package and indicate it in the
order Proforma Invoice
and send it to the customer by email
for confirmation.
Usually we declare the contents of the
parcels ordered by our customers as
samples only, for the customer to check
the quality and design, with no commercial
value, and the commercial value of the
parcels is less than $30 US dollars
to help our customers to save the customs
duties and taxes when the parcels enter
into the customer's country.
Normally, customer order packages are
duty free or have minimal customs duties.
However, if a customer
order package requires a full declared
value, please contact us by email
to confirm this request so that we can
ship the package with the full declared
value of the order.
After the customer's order package is
sent out, we will provide the customer
with the package tracking number# so
that the customer can track and collect
the package in time when it arrives.
