We have not any stock glass beads, glass
pendants, glass crafts and beaded jewelry show on our
website, all productions from chinabeads.com are made
to orders.
Therefore, we need a manufacturing time to make your order
detail itmes and a shipping time to deliver the order
items to you.
The order production time is depend on customer order
detail items quantity and designs.
For general orders, it usually takes about 3 to 15 days.
For big wholesale orders, it usually takes about 10
to 30 days.
For Custom Design & OEM orders, it usually takes
about 10 to 20 days.
Custom design or OEM items we need to make the mold
sometimes according customer detail request, for avoid
any mistake or problems, we need to make the samples
and send sample or e-mail sample pictures to customer
confirm the design before mass production.

A billing address is usually the address which the payment
information, whereas the shipping address is where your
order is sent and can be different from your billing address.
We strongly suggests you to use the same address as both
your billing address and shipping address.
For some reason if you have to use another shipping address
which is different from the billing address, we suggest
you to provide both shipping and billing addresses to
us.
For Shipping Address:
For express shipping method, please provide us your home
or work address where couriers can find you and you can
sign for the package upon its arrival.
Your phone number is also required if you choose for Express
shipping method.
Please do not provide your PO. Box address, which contains
letters as “PO Box” and numbers, Express shipping company
like DHL and UPS do not accept to deliver package to an
PO.Box address as they can not ensure to make a successful
delivery and can not guarantee safety of the package.
