process will not break or be damaged easily.
- CLEANING AND INSPECTION:
Well-cleaned glass beads will show their unique design effects,
beautiful colors and shining luster, and it will be easier to
detect cracked and defective glass beads.

The melting temperature of glass is about 500
degrees.
Glass is not a crystal, so it does not have a fixed melting
point, but it has a softening point!
The softening point of lead glass is 500 degrees, and the softening
point of quartz glass is 1000 degrees.
Our glass beads are made of quartz glass, and the temperature
of our gas burner is about 800-1300 degrees.
Therefore, glass beads need to be insulated and annealing in
a timely manner, both during and after production.
(Glass bead annealing methods: Annealing vermiculite, Annealing
grass ash, Annealing bubbles, Annealing kiln or fibre blanket)
Glass beads that are not well insulation and annealing are particularly
prone to breakage or rupture when cooled.
This is also a big difference between high
quality glass beads and ordinary glass beads.
Glass beads that have not been well insulation and anneal processing
may not break for a while after production, but may break during
transportation or after delivery to the customer. |

After the customer's order of glass beads production
is completed, we will clean the glass beads three times (the
first focus on removing impurities in the glass bead holes,
the second to remove impurities on the surface of the glass
beads, and the third to clean the whole glass beads with water)
The glass beads will be dried after cleaning, after drying,
the glass beads will show the unique design effect, color and
luster.
The glass beads will undergo a final quality inspection before
packaging, the inspection process will remove defective and
broken glass beads, we ensure that every glass bead delivered
to the customer order is intact. |

A pre-dipped mandrel or stainless steel rod.
The bead release dipped onto the tip of the rod helps the glass
to not adhere to the stainless steel, and also helps to remove
the bead after it has been annealed in the kiln.
Some styles and shapes of glass beads require the use of glass
rod material with a softer material.
Such glass beads cannot be annealed in vermiculite during the
production process, otherwise the surface of the glass beads
will have different defects after contacting the vermiculite.
Therefore, the glass beads will be annealed in soft wood ash
during the production process (refer to above pictures). |
